PREPARACIÓN:
Caliente la mitad del aceite en una sartén y rehogue los ajos y la cebolla hasta que ésta esté transparente. Incorpore los tomates y cocine a fuego bajo durante 10 ó 15 minutos.
Caliente el aceite restante en una cazuela de barro, y sofría ligeramente la tocineta. Agregue las presas de pollo y dórelas. Incorpore los pimentones y vierta encima el tomate frito. Cocine a fuego bajo durante 5 minutos, revolviendo bien.
Añada el vino, el agua, la sal y pimienta. Tape, cocine a fuego bajo hasta que el pollo esté tierno y sirva.
