PREPARACIÓN:
Mezcle la harina en un tazón junto con el polvo para hornear y la sal. En otro tazón mezcle los huevos, la leche, una cucharada de mantequilla y el azúcar, adicione harina a la mezcla y revuelva vigorosamente hasta que tenga apariencia suave y homogénea. Engrase una sartén y vierta un poco de la mezcla, cubriendo el fondo, déjela cocinar hasta que se forme un hueco en la superficie “sin voltearlo”, adicione las fresas y presiónelas contra la masa; volteé el pancake y déjelo dorar por 1 minuto. Sírvalo bañado con crema y nueces picadas, o cambie la crema por miel.
