Mazamorra antioqueña

INGREDIENTES:  
  • 1 Lb de maíz
  • 200gr de panela
  • 5 Tazas de leche
  • Agua 
PREPARACIÓN:
 
Ponga el maíz en una olla, cúbralo con agua y déjelo por unas 10 horas, luego póngalo a cocinar a fuego alto durante dos horas, agregue la panela y déjelo cocinar 15 minutos más.
 
Aparte, hierva la leche y agréguela al maíz y déjelo en el fuego hasta que hierva nuevamente.
 
Sirva la mazamorra cuando ya esté tibia o fría y acompáñela con panela raspada o con bocadillo de guayaba.
